Schöne Unterkunft, sauber, gut ausgestattet, schöne Umgebung, gut gelegen, in der Nähe von Hollum, den Dünen und dem Strand. Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, sehr zu empfehlen.

Het huisje was prima. Alles zat er in. Afzuigsysteem douche bljjft lang door gaan ook na uitzetten lichtknop en maakt veel lawaai. Niet erg schoon ondanks verplichte eindschoonmaak ivm huisdier troffen we op de bedden allemaal hondenharen aan

Wir denken, es macht einen Unterschied, ob ich von einer privaten Adresse aus buche oder eher anonym in der Masse unkontrolliert untergehend. Ameland ist eine wunderbare Insel. Vergleiche ich jedoch die Ausstattung der sog. Chalets treten wohlfühlende Unterschiede zutage. Wir denken, dass BELVILLA keine personellen Ressourcen bereitstellt diese feinen, im Erholungsurlaub jedoch entscheidenden Unterschiede aufzudecken und Gäste orientiert anzubieten. Rendite allein hilft nachhaltig nicht weiter.

Our chalet was dirty. Dog hairs everywhere. A nasty dog urine smell in the bedroom. Stains (urine???) on the matrasses and bed. We asked for another chalet or at least new matresses. This was not possible, the only thing they could offer was extra cleaning. This made some difference but the nasty dog smell persisted. It was horrible.

Radiator moet nodig ontlucht worden, wat een herrie. En de afzuigkap doet het niet, dus ramen en deur opengezet bij het koken 😑

Prima chalets en redelijk up2date! Park is wel wat vreemd snackbar zit op slot terwijl hij open zou zijn (staan meerdere mensen voor de deur) en restaurant gesloten…. Maar het mag de pret niet drukken!

Huisje was netjes in orde. Kleine sporen van huisdiergeweld aan de stoel maar vonden wij helemaal niet erg. Dus ideaal om samen met je hond(je) op Ameland te genieten.

House was neatly in order. Small traces of pet violence on the chair, but we did not mind at all. So ideal to enjoy Ameland with your dog.

Die von uns ausgesuchte Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Fijn huisje, alles aanwezig en mooie inrichting. De losse bedden vonden we wat minder, we hadden liever een tweepersoons bed gehad. Daardoor iets minder geslapen, omdat je toch wat alerter bent om niet uit je bed te vallen. Anders was het de volle 5 sterren geweest wat ons betreft. Toch voor herhaling vatbaar!

Nice house, everything is there and beautiful decor. We found the single beds a bit less, we would have preferred a double bed. As a result, you slept a little less, because you are more alert not to fall out of bed. Otherwise it would have been the full 5 stars as far as we are concerned. Still worth repeating!

Vooraf was er onduidelijkheid over de betaling, wij moesten (voor ons gevoel) plots 250 euro meer betalen. Daar was niet duidelijk over gecommuniceerd maar stond wel in de kleine lettertjes. Toen wij onderweg waren werden wij gebeld. We zouden eerder in het huisje kunnen dan 16:00 uur. Super fun natuurlijk, bij de receptie werd echter gezegd dat het toch niet kon. Na overleg kon het alsnog, met het risico dat ons huisje niet helemaal schoon zou zijn. Dat was gelukkig niet het geval, alleen het kinder bedje dat wij hadden gereserveerd stond er niet, die moesten wij zelf nog ophalen. Niet zo handig met een moe kind. Verder was het huisje redelijk schoon. Het is een mooi park, op een mooie locatie. Over het algemeen is het erg schoon. Wel staan de huisjes zo dicht op elkaar dat je weinig privacy hebt en elkaar goed kunt horen. De huisjes zijn sowieso erg gehorig, de muren lijken wel van papier. De huisjes zijn wel modern ingericht en alles werkt. Voor ons wel de laatste keer dat wij op een dergelijk park gaan zitten.

In advance there was a lack of clarity about the payment, we suddenly had to pay 250 euros more (in our opinion). There was no clear communication about this, but it was in the fine print. When we were on our way we got a call. We could be in the house earlier than 4 pm. Super fun of course, but at the reception it was said that it was not possible. After consultation it was still possible, with the risk that our house would not be completely clean. Fortunately that was not the case, only the cot that we had reserved was not there, we had to pick it up ourselves. Not so handy with a tired child. Furthermore, the house was fairly clean. It's a nice park, in a nice location. In general it is very clean. However, the houses are so close together that you have little privacy and can hear each other well. The houses are very noisy anyway, the walls seem to be made of paper. The houses are modern furnished and everything works. For us this is the last time we will sit in such a park.

Appartement was slecht schoon gemaakt, toen ik daarover bij de receptie kwam (na 2 dagen te wachten op antwoord van algemeen contact Roompot) vertelden ze me dat ik veel te laat was op een botte en niet klantvriendelijke manier. Je betaalt 75 euro voor eindschoonmaak dus dan verwacht je ook wat. Bedden zijn klein maar sliepen prima, park heeft een leuke locatie

Apartment was poorly cleaned, when I came to the reception about this (after waiting 2 days for an answer from general contact Roompot) they told me that I was much too late in a rude and not customer-friendly way. Wer die Natur liebt ist hier genau richtig. Man kann in den Dünen die Ruhe genießen und schöne Wanderungen unternehmen. Der Strand ist sehr natürlich und weitläufig. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht. Sauber, modern und geräumig. Die Stadt Hollum ist nah und lädt zum bummeln ein.

Bei Anreise mit dem Zahlencode war reibungslos und gut.Doch als wir die Unterkunft betraten war der Kühlschrank abgetaut .Das ganze Wasser war im Kühlschrank verteilt.Der Herd schwamm vor Fett.Das Sofa war übersäht mit weißen langen Haaren von wem auch immer.Die Betten waren auch nicht bequem zum schlafen.Die Bettwäsche passt nicht auf die Betten alles viel zu groß.

When we arrived with the code it was smooth and good. But when we entered the accommodation the refrigerator was defrosted. All the water was distributed in the refrigerator. The stove was swam with grease. The sofa was covered with white long hair from whoever. The beds They weren't comfortable to sleep either. Redelijk tot goed. Het huisje is van veel gemakken voorzien, een wasmachine is welkom als aanvulling. De schoonmaak, die vrij prijzig is, laat hier en daar te wensen over omdat er met de Franse slag lijkt te zijn gewerkt. Het weer werkt helaas niet mee, grijze lucht al dagen.

Geen ontvangst. Accommodatie is, als deze schoon is, redelijk tot goed voor een verblijf van 2 personen. Voor 4 personen aan de krappe kant. De omgeving is fantastisch.

Bij aankomst was het prettig dat we direct naar het huisje konden gaan. Niet eerst langs de receptie. De accommodatie zag er netjes uit en oogt nog redelijk nieuw. De omgeving was prachtig en het park ligt op een mooie locatie. Alles wat je nodig hebt is op het park of net buiten het park in Hollum te vinden. Toch wel een paar minpunten. Er was er niet goed opgeruimd. Er lag nog een handdoek voor de deur, de prullenbak in de badkamer was niet geleegd, er lagen nog kledinglabels op bed, het bestek is een beetje een allegaartje en niet compleet en de glazen en kopjes waren niet goed schoon. Een echte tegenvaller was het feit dat ons huisje als enige geen houten overkapping/pergola had (die wel op de foto staat) en dus geen schaduw konden creëren. Het schuurtje was helaas niet te gebruiken. Dit was voor privé gebruik. De huisjes stonden wel wat dichter op elkaar dan verwacht. Op de foto lijkt er meer ruimte tussen de huisjes te zitten, echter was dit geen probleem voor ons. Al met al hebben wij erg genoten van onze vakantie op Ameland.

On arrival it was nice that we could go directly to the house. Not through the reception first. The accommodation looked neat and still looks fairly new. The surroundings were beautiful and the park is in a beautiful location. Everything you need can be found in the park or just outside the park in Hollum. However, a few negatives. There was not a good tidy up. There was still a towel in front of the door, the bin in the bathroom had not been emptied, there were still clothes labels on the bed, the cutlery is a bit of a mixed bag and not complete and the glasses and cups were not clean. the fact that our house was the only one without a wooden roof / pergola (which is in the picture) and therefore could not create shade. Unfortunately, the shed could not be used. This was for private use. The houses were a bit closer together than expected. In the photo there seems to be more space between the houses, but this was no problem for us. All in all, we really enjoyed our holiday on Ameland.

De bank was smerig! Enorm vies. Je kon er niet normaal op zitten. Je moest betalen voor een parasol. Dit hoort toch aanwezig te zijn in zon huisje? Er waren geen pannenlappen aanwezig. Het was bloedheet in het huisje. Misschien handig om een ventilator mee te nemen. En het huisje was gewoon niet schoon

Ameland is een prachtig idyllisch eiland. De accommodatie gaat mooi op in de natuur en past bij het duinlandschap.

Smaakvolle, comfortabele chalet, van alle gemakken voorzien, op een prachtig locatie. Chalets staan echter te dicht op elkaar, wat voor de nodige overlast kan zorgen, vooral bij warm weer. De grootschaligheid en nieuwbouwwijk-achtige uitstraling roept een nogal ongezellige en onpersoonlijk sfeer op.

Voor aankomst hadden we alle gegevens via e-mail gekregen. Het huisje is perfect en geeft het eiland gevoel goed weer. Lekker schoon en voorzien van alle gemakken. Wij komen zeker terug.

Voor de vakantie nog gebeld over bedlinnen en bijkomende kosten. Eenmaal incheckend toch dubbele kosten voor bedlinnen (eur 55,80), eindschoonmaak (eur 77,50), boekingskosten en schadeverzekering. Had dat aan Belvilla al betaald (screenshot van gemaakt zelfs) maar moest aan de balie nog een keer betalen. Wil dit graag retour. Kortom: geen kostenspecificatie maakt onduidelijkheid en dubbele betalingen mogelijk. Roompot (Conny Brouwer mail receptie.boomhiemke@roompot.nl) erkent dit maar moest de extra betaling innen anders konden we er niet in. Ze adviseert het bij Belvilla terug te vragen. Hierbij. Vervelende start dus. Graag reactie.

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad op Ameland. Het strandchalet was schoon en ruim genoeg. We waren met ons zoontje van 8 maand. Klein nadeel was dat het gehorig is. Verder een mooi park en er is genoeg te doen, vooral voor kinderen. Hele mooie omgeving om te wandelen en te fietsen. Gezellige dorpjes voor een hapje en drankje.

We had a wonderful holiday on Ameland. The beach chalet was clean and spacious enough. We were with our 8 month old son. Small drawback was that it is noisy. Furthermore, a nice park and there is plenty to do, especially for children. Very nice area for walking and cycling. Friendly villages for a snack and drink.

Die Ankunft war gut, alle Informationen lagen der Rezeption vor und man konnte in weniger als fünf Minuten einchecken. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, gut aufgeräumt und sehr praktikabel. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, kinderfreundlich und alles ist gut erreichbar - Dünen, Shop, Strand. Überall sehr hundefreundlich.

The arrival was good, all information was available to the front desk and you could check in in less than five minutes. The accommodation is clean, tidy and very practical. The environment is quiet, child-friendly and everything is easily accessible - dunes, shop, beach. Everywhere very dog friendly.

Ontvangst was prima, en de omgeving is natuurlijk prachtig op het eiland. De accommodatie was netjes en schoon. Het werd wel heel snel erg warm binnen, het was op deze dagen ondanks dat het buiten maar ca. 20 - 22 graden was binnen s' middags al snel 28 - 29 graden. Hoe wordt het dan als het buiten 30 graden is of meer?

De woning was slecht bereikbaar met kinderwagen. Die kan je niet alleen op terras krijgen. Leuke houten stellage op veranda maar ik mis een doek of parasol om schaduw te hebben.

The house was difficult to reach with a pram. You can't get it alone on the terrace. Nice wooden scaffolding on the veranda but I miss a cloth or umbrella to have shade.

Ik vond het de aankomst maar matig , werd niets uitgelegd geen prettig verblijf gewenst niets verteld over wat over park info huren van parasol moesten we zelf regelen .en wachten tot 3 uur vind ik raar als je een half uur eerder bent mag je er niet in niet echt vakantie gevoel geeft dat

Er ontbreekt het een en ander aan de accomodatie, maar tegen een borg kun je bij de receptie wat je mist verkrijgen. Pas op dat je de borg dan niet contant betaalt, want die krijg je dan vervolgens niet meer terug! Er is een dame bij de receptie en daar was ik niet zo van gecharmeerd. Ze denkt dat ze zelf de eigenaar is van de Roompot en doet erg neerbuigend tegen ander personeel. Heel vervelend als je daar zit te eten.

A few things are missing in the accommodation, but you can get what you miss at the reception against a deposit. Be careful not to pay the deposit in cash, because you will not get it back! There is a lady at the reception and I was not very impressed by that. She thinks she owns the Roompot herself and is very condescending with other staff. Very annoying when you are eating there.

Huisje was leuk ingericht. De bedden zijn aan de kleine kant. Het personeel op het park mag wel iets vriendelijker en behulpzamer zijn. Als het park verder aangeplant is kan het wel gezellig zijn nu heb je er weinig privacy.

Cottage was nicely decorated. The beds are on the small side. The park staff may be a bit friendlier and more helpful. If the park is planted further, it can be cozy now you have little privacy.

De omgeving is nog in ontwikkeling dus een beetje kaal. De speeltuin mist nog een voetbal veldje en algemene speelruimte.

Wij waren de eerste huurders van het huisje. Het huisje was erg mooi, maar er was wel het e.e.a. mis gegaan. Ten eerste was er geen modem aanwezig. Er is geregeld dat wij op de Wifi mochten van een ander. Ten tweede was er geen stang in de kledingkast. Dit is ook opgelost. Ten derde het huisje was niet goed schoongemaakt. Er lag nog ontlasting in het toilet, de lade’s in de keuken waren niet schoon, spinnenwebben. Wij waren rond 19.00 uur in het huisje. Tegen de tijd dat wij ons hadden geïnstalleerd was het 20.00 uur geweest en al hadden wij wel gebeld...dan hadden we dus moeten wachten op de schoonmaakster tot die alles had schoongemaakt. Er was ons verteld dat er tot 20.00 uur iemand aanwezig zou zijn bij de receptie. Wij hebben dus zelf schoongemaakt. De volgende dag hebben wij gemeld dat het huisje niet schoon was. Er werd ons verteld dat we dat de vorige avond hadden moeten bellen. Beetje moeilijk als er niemand aanwezig is. Een telfnr. voor spoed vinden wij overdreven. Wij moeten 77,50€ betalen voor schoonmaken, maar wij treffen een huisje aan dat niet schoon is en vervolgens wordt ons min of meer verweten dat wij niet gebeld hebben. Wij hadden minimaal een tegemoetkoming in de schoonmaakkosten verwacht. Dit is ons erg tegengevallen. Voor de rest hebben wij genoten en is het een prachtig vakantiepark.

We were the first tenants of the house. The cottage was very nice, but it had gone wrong. First, there was no modem present. It has been arranged that we could use another person's WiFi. Secondly, there was no bar in the wardrobe. This is also solved. Thirdly the cottage was not cleaned properly. There was still stool in the toilet, the drawers in the kitchen were not clean, cobwebs. We were in the house around 7 pm. By the time we had installed it, it would have been 8 p.m. We were told that someone would be present at the reception until 8 p.m. So we cleaned ourselves. The next day we reported that the cottage was not clean. We were told that we should have called that the previous evening. Bit difficult if nobody is present. A counting number for emergency we think it is exaggerated. We have to pay € 77.50 for cleaning, but we find a house that is not clean and then we are more or less blamed for not calling. We had expected at least a contribution towards the cleaning costs. This is very disappointing. We enjoyed the rest and it is a beautiful holiday park.
