Chalet Cromvoirt 6 Persons

Het is een mooi park netjes aangelegd mooie netjes huisjes alles is er top 1 nadeel ervaren wij misschien andere mensen niet de huisjes staan dicht op elkaar Wel een beetje gebrek aan privacy.

Ich kann nur jedem raten sich eine andere Unterkunft zu suchen. Wir waren zu 5 Personen unterwegs plus Hund. Als wir ankamen fanden wir zwar ein neueres Chalet vor. Dafür aber auch ein sehr dreckiges Chalet. Die 68€ Grundreinigung sind anscheinend nur ein paar dazu verdiente peanuts denn eine Grundreinigung ist vor unserem Aufenthalt nicht erfolgt! Die Toilettenbrillen hatten noch Urin Flecken vom Vorgänger. In der Dusche war alles voller Haare, das Waschbecken hatte noch die Ränder der Zahnputzbecher. In der Küche Haufen weise Krümel in den Schränken, der Backofen war so dreckig das man nicht mal mehr durch die Glasscheibe schauen konnte und es war keine Ausstattung an besteck, Tellern, Gläser usw für 5 Personen vorhanden. Zudem waren im gesamten Chalet die Fenster so schmutzig das man wirklich schlecht durchsehen konnte. In fast allen Zimmern hingen tot geschlagene Mücken spinnen usw an den Wänden und die Bettwäsche hatte teilweise noch rote, braune oder schwarze Flecken. Zudem sind die Gärten zum Nachbarn offen was bedeutet das man andauernd einen fremden Hund oder Kinder mit im/am Haus hat. Das Personal ist eher unfreundlich und nicht in der Lage die Tageszeit zu sagen. Die Gartenmöbel waren so voll mit Taubscheisse das man sich nicht mal mehr setzten wollte. Unser erster Tag vom Urlaub ging dann dafür drauf ersteinmal alles zu putzen und desinfizieren. Wir kommen definitiv nie wieder!!!

I can only advise everyone to look for another place to stay. There were 5 of us plus a dog. When we arrived we found a newer chalet. But also a very dirty chalet. The 68 € basic cleaning are apparently only a few peanuts earned because a basic cleaning was not done before our stay! The toilet seats still had urine stains from the previous guest. In the shower everything was full of hair, the sink still had the edges of the toothbrush holder. In the kitchen heaps of crumbs in the cupboards, the oven was so dirty that you couldn't even look through the glass pane and there were no cutlery, plates, glasses, etc. for 5 people. In addition, the windows in the entire chalet were so dirty that it was really difficult to see through. In almost all rooms there were dead mosquitoes, etc. on the walls and the bed linen had red, brown or black spots. In addition, the gardens are open to the neighbors, which means that you always have a strange dog or children with you in/at the house. The staff is rather rude and unable to tell the time of day. The garden furniture was so full of pigeon shit that you didn't even want to sit down. Our first day of vacation was then about cleaning and disinfecting everything. We will definitely never come back!!!
