For the adult guests there is plenty to experience. There are charming villages in the area, and you can get right to the beach from your villa or bungalow. All park facilities are not open in the spring and fall.

Note: Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Noordzee Résidence Cadzand-Bad will be closed from 1 December to 5 December 2025, until 3:00 p.m. If you are travelling by car, we kindly ask that you park your vehicle at your accommodation.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Räume sind großzügig bemessen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist perfekt evtl ein Toaster wäre noch schön. Die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und die Boxspringbetten hervorragend. Haben sehr gut geschlafen. Negativ ist für uns als älteres Semester die jedoch sehr steile Treppe im Haus, aber das liegt wohl an den niederländischen Bauvorschriften. Sehr gut ist die Schallisolierung obwohl wir ein Mittelhaus hatten, war von den Nachbarn nichts zu hören. Hervorheben möchte ich noch dass stets freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal der Rezeption. Nicht zu vergessen für Hunde ist es auch ein Paradies lange stets trockene Spazierwege und reichlich Abfalleimer mit Tüten für die Hinterlassenschaften der 4 Beiner. Die Nordzee Residenz werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder besuchen.
Leider haben wir die Unterkunft in einem sehr dreckigen Zustand bekommen. Erst einmal war putzen angesagt. Hinzu kommt dass alle 3 Parteien Hunde hatten und jeder mit Tisch und Stuhl absperren musste. Für das Geld unverschämt.
Mooie huisjes, wel gehorig omdat dit huis eigenlijk in 3e gedeeld is. Hadden last van mieren in huis. Steeds o.a. op aanrecht. Keuken was wat plakkerig en vettig bij afzuig.
We enjoyed our time here, though I would say it was a straightforward experience, The bungalow was tidy, and the kitchen had all the necessary appliances, It’s a good base for exploring the area, with easy access to Knokke and other attractions, Nothing extraordinary, but perfectly fine
