The luxury apartment complex is in a perfect position. It is on the Egmont Boulevard with often excellent views of the sea. This is an excellent base for discovering the surrounding area. The famous cheese city of Alkmaar is around the corner. You can easily reach Amsterdam by train. You can visit the Sea Aquarium in Bergen, the Schoorlse Dunes with the highest dune in the Netherlands and the Klimduin. Children will enjoy the Sprookjes Wonderland Adventure Park in Enkhuizen. The Artists Village in Bergen is well worth a visit.

The completely renovated apartments are located in the completely and thoroughly renovated De Graaf van Egmont residence, which will open its doors again in the summer of 2021. For people who know it from a previous stay: you will not recognize it. What hasn't changed: the fantastic location on the boulevard, directly behind the dunes and therefore almost directly on the beach.
This ground floor apartment for two persons is located on one of the five floors (accessible by lift). It offers a nice living room with a smart TV and an open-plan kitchen with a microwave and dishwasher. There are two bedrooms both with two single beds (as a double). In the bathroom, you will find a walk-in shower and a toilet.
Outside, you have a balcony with garden furniture at your disposal. There is parking space for one car in the central parking area.

Prima locatie, prachtig uitzicht en uitstekende voorzieningen. Tip: rechtstreeks bij Roompot boeken. Communicatie vanuit Belvilla is dubbelop en onoverzichtelijk en afstemming met Roompot onvoldoende.
Heerlijk appartement in november. Lekker warm na een wandeling op het strand of de duinen. Prima bed, keuken, bank, uitrusting.
