Prachtige locatie, en een erg fijn en smaakvol ingericht huis!

Beautiful location, and a very nice and tastefully decorated house!

Das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet und wer ein richtig altes Landhaus liebt ist hier genau richtig. Die Küche ist einfach ausgestattet und außerdem gibt es noch 2 Sitz- und Essplätze draußen, sowie Liegestühle und Gartenstühle. Die Straße zum Haus ist das letzte Stück sehr schlecht und man muss gut aufpassen, dass man an den besten Stellen fährt. Das Haus ist das zweitletzte und daher ist es sehr ruhig - außer der Müllabfuhr kommt selten ein Auto vorbei. Man kann sehr schöne Ausflüge in die kleinen Ortschaften machen, nach Assissi, Spoleto, Peruggia oder es gibt ein paar Wandermöglichkeiten in der Umgebung (findet man im Internet). An einigen Stellen kann man im See baden, das Wasser ist warm und teilweise kann man weit hineinlaufen.

The cottage we really liked. The rooms are beautifully furnished and anyone who loves a really old country house is right here. The kitchen is simple and there are still 2 seating and dining outside, sun loungers and Gartenstühle.Die road to the house is the last piece of very bad and you have to be careful that you go to the best places. The house is the second last and therefore it is very quiet - rare except the garbage disposal comes a car can vorbei.Man very nice trips to the small towns make to Assisi, Spoleto, Peruggia or there are a couple hiking in the area (find the Internet) .At some places you can swim in the lake, the water is warm and sometimes you can run well into.

Wij zijn met het gezin op vakantie gegaan naar Italië en hebben met zijn vieren dit huis geboekt. Het is werkelijk heel groot met een groot stuk land erbij waar de kinderen heerlijk konden spelen. Het huis biedt een prachtig uitzicht op het meer en is voorzien van een heerlijk terras en mooie BBQ. Doordat het aan een meer ligt moet je wel rekening houden met muggen zeker in de avond. Het huis is prima beschermd tegen muggen en goed koel te houden. Wij hebben veel plezier gehad aan ons huis en locatie.

We are family went on holiday to Italy and have made the four of this house. It is really quite large with a large piece of land there where the kids could play. The house offers stunning views of the lake and has a lovely terrace and nice BBQ. Because it is on a lake you have to take into account certain mosquitoes in the evening. The house is well protected against mosquitoes and keep good cooling. We've had a lot of fun to our home and location.

Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad. Er stond dat de taal italiaans was, maar onze gastheer deed erg zijn best in het engels. De service was goed, de koelkast deed het niet en de volgende dag was er een andere. Er werden ook extra dekens gebracht. Voor een 8 persoons huis waren er wat weinig stoelen in de huiskamer en buiten. Ook was er geen koffiezetapparaat. Het espressokannetje was stuk.

We had a wonderful week. It said that the language was Italian, but our host did his best in English. The service was good, the fridge did not work and the next day there was another. Extra blankets were also brought. For an eight-person house there were some little chairs in the living room and outside. Also there was no coffee maker. The espresso jug was broken.

Het grondstuk van het huis is groot en de kamers ook. Het uitzicht is prachtig, vanuit diverse ramen kijk je direct op het Lago Trasimeno. Tamelijk nieuw sanitair (twee badkamers). Om het huis veel ruimte. Schuurtje voor de auto. Er zijn horren voor de ramen (en dat is vanaf half juli echt nodig). Het weer was erg warm, maar binnen was het goed uit te houden. We hebben een erg fijne vakantie gehad. De beheerder sprak matig Engels maar was verder van goede wil. In het atelier onder de woning komt niemand meer, naar ik heb begrepen. Wij hebben in ieder geval niemand gezien. We vonden het wel jammer dat we in het het huisje geen informatie vonden (niet over winkels, dokter, uitstapjes, ervaringen van anderen). Je moet elektriciteit (volgens de meter, paar euro per week) en gas (2 euro per dag) apart betalen; de eindschoonmaak kost 15 euro geloof ik. Had ik niet zien staan, maar is wel redelijk.

The plot of the house is great and the rooms too. The view is stunning, from various windows look directly onto the Lake Trasimeno. Fairly new plumbing (two bathrooms). Around the house a lot of space. Shed for the car. There are screens on the windows (and that is really needed from mid-July). The weather was very hot, but inside it was good to keep. We have a very nice holiday gehad.De manager spoke poor English but was also of good will. In the studio under the house is no more, I understand. We have at least one gezien.We found it a pity that we in the house no information found (no shops, doctor, trips, experiences of others). You need electricity (according to the meter, few euros per week) and gas (2 per day) separately pay the final cleaning costs 15 euros I believe. I did not see, but is reasonable.

Dit huis kunnen wij zeer aanbevelen. Het heeft alles om te genieten van een heerlijke vakantie.De kamers zijn groot en authentiek ingericht.Het uitzicht is gewoon adembenemend.Er is veel ruimte om het huis.Veel privacy en je kunt er ongestoord genieten. De omgeving biedt veel mogelijkheden.
