Een goed ingedeelde woning,met voldoende badkamers/wc. De recreatieruimte viel erg in de smaak alsook het speelgoed voor de kleintjes. Enkele opmerkingen, versleten gordijnen,gras dat erg hoog stond en zo kon je ook niet deftig aan het speeltuig. We hebben ons wel goed geamuseerd !

A well laid out house with sufficient bathrooms/toilet. The recreation room was very popular, as were the toys for the little ones. Some comments, worn curtains, grass that was very high and so you could not properly use the toys. We had a good time!

Het huis was precies zoals beschreven. Mooi en ruim. De bedden waren prima. We hadden het als familie helemaal fantastisch. De kinderen konden fijn spelen en de grote tafel was zeer geschikt voor gezanenlijke maaltijden en spelletjes. Keuken goed en volledig ingericht. Een paar aandachtspuntjes: 1 vd twee broodroosters deed het niet, 1 vd twee waterkokers deed niet. De stofzuiger was stuk. De bezem en handveger waren dringend aan vervanging toe.

The house was exactly as described. Nice and spacious. The beds were fine. We had a fantastic time as a family. The children had a great time playing and the large table was very suitable for relaxed meals and games. Kitchen well and fully equipped. A few points of interest: 1 of the two toasters did not work, 1 of the two kettles did not work. The vacuum cleaner was broken. The broom and hand sweeper were in urgent need of replacement.

Wij waren met 8 vrienden voor een lang weekend in deze mooie villa en hebben een heel fijn weekend gehad. Deze villa heeft alles om er een hele gezellige tijd van te maken. Heel ruim opgezet netjes en voor alle leeftijden. alles voor de bbq of om uitgebreid te koken is er aanwezig. Echt een aanrader als uitvalsbasis met vrienden of grote families.

We were with 8 friends for a long weekend in this beautiful villa and had a very nice weekend. This villa has everything to make it a very pleasant time. Very spacious, neat and suitable for all ages. Everything for the BBQ or extensive cooking is available. Highly recommended as a base with friends or large families.

Prima locatie, ruim , schoon en veel ontspanningsmogelijkheden. Mooie en rustige tuin, voorzijde mooi uitzicht. Nu is het ook nog prachtig weer!

Well provisioned kitchen (cutlery, dishes, pots and pans to cook, glasses...), lots of activities available, located in a beautiful and calm neighborhood which is perfect to go for walks. Note that there are absolutely no extra spices provided in the kitchen (salt, pepper...), no soap at all in the house to do dishes or even wash your hands, or toilet paper, so make sure to stock up on everything before your arrival.

Leuk huis met heel veel plaats! Eigenaar supervriendelijk en bij probleempje direct een oplossing! Wij waren er met 12 (groot en klein). Fantastisch met kinderen zeker bij slecht weer. Mooie uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen.

Nice house with lots of space! Owner super friendly and with a problem immediately a solution! We were there with 12 (large and small). Fantastic with children, especially in bad weather. Nice base for walks.

Die Ferienwohnung entsprach in vielen Punkten nicht dem, was wir für den Preis von über 1000€ erwartet haben. Die Möbel waren wirklich die billigste Variante, die man bei IKEA finden konnte oder allgemein in einer Qualität, die man sonst auf den Sperrmüll werfen würde. Das Geschirr war bei Ankunft noch dreckig vom Vormieter und von zwei Spülmaschinen funktionierte nur eine einzige. Alles fühlte sich sehr zusammengewürfelt und nicht passend an. Der Gebäudeteil mit Sauna und Billardtisch hatte einen Charme eines Kuhstalls mit offenliegenden Leitungen. Die Sauna wirkte, als ob sie nur lieblos eingebaut worden wäre, um auf gestellten Fotos toll auszusehen. Die Sanitäranlagen hatten teilweise Schimmel an der Decke, da in keiner Weise für automatische Belüftung gesorgt wurde. Dies unterstrich den Gesamteindruck, dass das gesamte Haus ohne fachmännische Handwerker renoviert wurde. Die Tapete hätte ein Azubi im ersten Lehrjahr besser tapeziert bekommen. Zudem kam Freitag nachts direkt die belgische Polizei, obwohl wir nicht besonders laut waren oder sein wollten (wir waren 10 Freunde um die 40 Jahre alt), weil sich die Nachbarn wohl beschwert hatten. Für ein Familienwochenende oder einen Urlaub ist diese Unterkunft gänzlich ungeeignet. Wir würden sie nicht mehr mieten.

In many respects the apartment did not correspond to what we expected for the price of over 1000 €. The furniture was really the cheapest variant you could find at IKEA or generally in a quality that you would otherwise throw in the bulky waste. The dishes were still dirty from the previous tenant on arrival and only one of two dishwashers worked. Everything felt very mixed up and out of place. The part of the building with a sauna and pool table had the charm of a cowshed with exposed pipes. The sauna looked as if it had just been installed carelessly in order to look great in the posed photos. Some of the sanitary facilities had mold on the ceiling, as there was no automatic ventilation in any way. This underlined the overall impression that the entire house was renovated without skilled craftsmen. A trainee in the first year of his apprenticeship would have had the wallpaper better. In addition, the Belgian police came straight away on Friday night, even though we weren't or didn't want to be particularly loud (we were 10 friends around 40 years old) because the neighbors had probably complained. This accommodation is completely unsuitable for a family weekend or a vacation. We wouldn't rent them anymore.

Zeer teleurstellende ervaring. Al meer dan 10 jaar boeken we elke zomer een vakantiehuis voor 10 personen in de Ardennen, steeds ongeveer aan dezelfde prijs. Dit is de eerste keer dat een huis er zo onverzorgd uitzag. Stukken uit de vloeren en muren. Kapotte gordijnen en vliegenramen. Veel stank zowel binnen als buitenshuis. Gelukkig hebben we door goed weer voornamelijk buiten kunnen doorbrengen maar het tuinmeubilair (vooral de tafels) zijn klaar voor het schroot, helemaal beschimmeld en verhakkeld. De speeltuin is vies en vuil, en de petanquebaan is al helemaal onbruikbaar. Kortom, zeker geen waar voor dit geld. Wij hebben 1300€ voor een weekend betaald, en het is niet eens de helft waard...

Very disappointing experience. We have been booking a holiday home for 10 people in the Ardennes every summer for more than 10 years, always at approximately the same price. Fortunately we were able to spend most of the time outside due to good weather, but the garden furniture (especially the tables) are ready for scrap, completely moldy and chipped. Zeer leuk verblijf gehad, leuk voor de kinderen. 2 negatieve punten, stopcontacten niet zo veilig en bestek en borden waren niet zo proper. Voir de rest was alles meer dan ok.

Het is een hele leuke lokatie met veel potentiëel. Mooi gelegen, veel ruimte (we waren met 10 personen en hadden echt voldoende ruimte) ruime kamers, meer dan voldoende gerief in de keuken en een heel toffe speelruimte. Wij vonden wel dat het gebouw een opfrisbeurt (likje verf, frisse gordijnen, sommige ramen konden niet open, misschien een nieuwe kookplaat) kon gebruiken en zeker het tuinmeubilair was dringend aan vervanging toe. Dan wordt het zeker een toplokatie.

It is a very nice location with a lot of potential. Nicely located, lots of space (we were 10 people and really had enough space) spacious rooms, more than enough conveniences in the kitchen and a very nice play area. We did think that the building could use a freshening up (a lick of paint, fresh curtains, some windows could not open, maybe a new hob) and the garden furniture was in urgent need of replacement. Then it will certainly be a top location.

Es wurde nicht mitgeteilt, wo der Schlüssel liegt und es war niemand vor Ort. Die Unterkunft ist zu vergleichen mit einer Jugendherberge, das Gemeinschaftsbadezimmer ist stark verschimmelt und geputzt wurde vor unserer Ankunft nicht.

It was not communicated where the key was and there was no one on site. The accommodation can be compared to a youth hostel, the shared bathroom is very moldy and was not cleaned before we arrived.

Zeer mooie omgeving . Zoals beschreven zou er niemand aan wezig zijn en de sleutel lag op de juiste locatie . De oprit is aan vervanging of reparatie toe. De bedden en matrassen zijn helemaal in orde dekens voor de koude nachten waren er genoeg. Biljart is aan vervanging toe maar alles was naar wens . En mag voor variatie iets meer wijn en drink glazen zijn, voor koken is er bijna alles aanwezig pannen en ketels bestek en borden in overvloed . Wil je verstopperste spelen dan is de het aan gewezen huis . De kelder garage is groot genoeg voor minimaal 4 auto s in te plaatsen aan luxe en comfort genoeg in dit huis . Op een kleine 7 minuten rijden liggen genoeg winkels voor de dagelijkse boodschappen . Kort om het huis voor een mooie vakantie was het wel degelijk waard

Very nice environment. As described there would be no one present and the key was in the right location. The driveway is in need of replacement or repair. The beds and mattresses are completely fine blankets for the cold nights were enough. Billiards is on replacement but everything was to your liking. And for variation there may be slightly more wine and drinking glasses, for cooking there is almost everything available pans and kettles cutlery and plates in abundance. garage is large enough for at least 4 cars to put in luxury and comfort enough in this house. At a short 7 minute drive are enough shops for groceries. Short to the house for a beautiful holiday was well worth it

Mooie omgeving. Zeer ruim huis. Ruim voldoende sanitair, apparatuur, servies en leefruimte. Alles is er. Niet nieuw maar in prima staat.

Beautiful surroundings. Very spacious house. Plenty of plumbing, equipment, crockery and living space. Everything is there. Not new but in great condition.

Er was niemand bij aankomst, maar sleutel lag perfect op de afgesproken plaatst en alles werd je goed uitgelegd met een brief. Mis toch het contact met de verhuurder indien vragen en dergelijke .. Een fantastische woning, goed groot veel ruimte en mooi ingedeeld en de omgeving is gewoon geweldig.

There was nobody on arrival, but the key lay perfectly at the agreed place and everything was explained to you well with a letter. Do not miss the contact with the landlord if questions and such .. A fantastic property, good large lots of space and nicely laid out and the area is just great.

accommodatie was ok, alsook de omgeving. de oprit naar de woning, die vrij steil is, vertoonde enkele diepe putten en was niet echt gemakkelijk te nemen met de wagen.

accommodation was ok as well as the area. the driveway to the house, which is quite steep, showed some deep pits and was not really easy to take with the car.

Geen ontvangst bij aankomst, echter bekend. Sleutels makkelijk beschikbaar. Aangegeven dat papieren met standen gas - mazout en elektriciteit niet aanwezig.

No reception on arrival, but known. Keys easily available. Indicated that papers with gas - fuel oil and electricity levels are not present.

Als wir ankamen war dieses Haus scheinbar halb geputzt . Küche war dreckig, Boden weder gefegt noch gewischt . Im Kühlschrank waren noch sehr viele Krümel vom Vorgänger,in der spüle noch Essens krümmel . Der Esstisch war auch nicht gewischt ,nicht mal gefegt nach den letzten Mietern . Die duschen wurden schlecht gereinigt,im Badezimmer oben bei der Badewanne viel Schimmel an der Decke . Die Räume sind in die Jahre gekommen . Im großen und ganzen war es trotzdem ein schöner Urlaub da das Haus sehr viel Abwechslung und spass zu bieten hat und viel Platz für alle .

When we arrived this house was apparently half cleaned. Kitchen was dirty, floor neither swept nor wiped. In the fridge were still many crumbs from its predecessor, in the sink still food crumbs. The dining table was not wiped, not even swept after the last tenants. The showers were badly cleaned, in the bathroom upstairs with the bathtub a lot of mold on the ceiling. The rooms are getting old. On the whole it was still a nice holiday because the house has a lot of variety and fun to offer and plenty of space for all.

Een fantastisch huis waar je met kleine én grote kinderen een hele fijne tijd kan hebben ! Je loopt elkaar niet in de weg, er is volop vertier en lekker rustig buiten. Prachtig wandelen in de directe omgeving.

Ook al was de accommodatie lastig te vinden, het vakantiehuis was geweldig. Zoals de foto's bij Belvilla aangeven, zo is het ook. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Het huis was goed in orde , enkel koud toen we toe kwamen en duurde even voor we het warm kregen. Grote keuken met veel materiaal en zalige speelruimte voor kids . Ook de sauna viel goed in de smaak . Zeker een aanrader!

The house was fine, only cold when we arrived and took a while before we got warm. Large kitchen with lots of material and great playroom for kids. Also the sauna was good in taste. Highly recommended!

Zowel bij aankomst als vertrek geen (contact)persoon aanwezig, was ook niet nodig. Alles is duidelijk beschreven en volgens verwachting. Wij waren met 10 personen en daarvoor was ruim voldoende ruimte, slaapgelegenheid (prima bedden) en goed / schoon sanitair (5 douches, 4 separate toiletten).

There was no need for a (contact) person either on arrival or departure. Everything is clearly described and according to expectations. We were 10 people and there was plenty of room, sleeping accommodation (good beds) and good / clean bathrooms (5 showers, 4 separate toilets).

Huis heeft veel extra voorzieningen die echter wel gedateerd zijn. Zoals de fitness toestellen en tafelvoetbal. Ook bleken enkele lampen, brandmelders en een bed niet in orde en was het slot van de garage defect. Deze kon wel op slot met schuiven. Er was bij aankomst niemand aanwezig maar dat was vooraf ook aangegeven via mail. In het huis is wel goed aangegeven wat te doen bij calamiteiten en waar de meterstanden zich bevinden en hoe die verrekend gaan worden met de borg. De oprit naar het huis is enorm stijl en bevat diepe gaten waardoor je extra alert moet zijn omdat je meteen op een redelijk bereden weg uitkomt. We hebben een prima vakantie gehad maar er mag aan het huis wel enkele dingen verbetert worden. Pannen, servies, bestek enz, is er in overvloed. Toiletten, douches enz. zijn schoon!

Onze aankomst was perfect geregeld zoals afgesproken met de eigenaar. Mooie- en zeer praktische vakantiewoning! Enkele (kleine) herstellingen zijn wel noodzakelijk (scharnieren, lampen, schakelaars, biljart). Zeer mooie omgeving om volledig tot rust te komen. Het nabij gelegen Barvaux is een ideaal dorpje om inkopen te doen met het bijbehorend terrasje.

Our arrival was perfectly arranged as agreed with the owner. Beautiful and very practical holiday! Some (minor) repairs are necessary (hinges, lamps, switches, billiards). Very nice environment to completely unwind. The nearby Barvaux is an ideal village for shopping with the accompanying terrace.

Wij hebben fantastische dagen gehad. De woning was van alle gemakken voorzien voor elk wat wils. De ligging is ideaal om hiervan uit activiteiten te ondernemen.

Ruime en van alles voorziene vakantie woning. Er is binnenshuis voor elke leeftijd iets te doen .Wij hebben mooi en warm weer gehad en heerlijk van de tuin genoten. Met 10 personen was er ruimte genoeg. De omgeving is prachtig ,ook het uitzicht vanuit de kamer erg mooi. De oprit is erg on praktisch en stijl. Je kunt vanuit het huis mooie wandeltochten maken. Wel is het voor oudere mensen wel veel klimmen Al met al mooie dagen gehad.

Spacious and well equipped holiday home. There is something to do indoors for any age. We have had nice and warm weather and enjoyed the garden. With 10 people there was plenty of room. The area is beautiful, the view from the room is very mooi.De driveway is very practical and style. You can make beautiful walks from the house. However, it is a lot of climbing for older people. All in all had nice days.

Aan te raden vakantiewoning om met de volledige familie naar toe te gaan, de kinderen hebben zich heen minuut verveeld. Zeer ruime kamers, proper onderhouden, echt alles is voorzien! De tuin is ook ruim, spijtig dat deze heel steil is, voetballen of zo is niet echt mogelijk. Deze woning is een echte aanrader, zonder twijfels!

Het huisnummer was slecht te zien! Grotere cijfers? De kleinkinderen vonden het fantastisch ( jongens van 9 en 6 jaar ), de speelruimte, dartbord, pooltafel, 2 voetbaltafels! En de giga grote, omheinde tuin, ideaal voor de hond. Voor de 7 volwassenen was er ook genoeg ruimte, binnen en buiten, alles heel ruim opgezet en berekend op een groot gezelschap.

The house number was bad to see! Larger numbers? The grandchildren found it fantastic (boys 9 and 6), the playroom, dart board, pool table, 2 football tables! And the giga large, enclosed garden, ideal for the dog. For the 7 adults there was also enough space inside and out, everything was very spacious and calculated on a large group.

De oprit is slecht onderhouden en lastig om op te komen. Het is een combinatie van hoofdzakelijk grind en twee betonnen rijsporen.

Ik vond de verlichting en kleurgebruik minder gezellig aan doen. Echter de woning is zeer goed uitgerust met vele mogelijkheden zodat zelfs bij regen van een fantastisch weekend kan worden genoten

Wij werden goed ontvangen in een aangename woning waar niets op aan te merken viel - we hebben een prima verblijf gehad - dit is zeker vatbaar voor herhaling.

We were well received in a comfortable house where nothing fault it was - we had a great stay - this is worth repeating.

Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van dit heerlijke huis. De ligging is goed en ook de eerdere opmerkingen met betrekking tot de oprit en dergelijke zinn ter harte genomen. Er is beton gelegd om de steile oprit goed begaanbaar te maken. Een haperende verlichting is direct opgepikt door een installateur....

We have really enjoyed this lovely home. The location is good and also heeded the previous comments regarding the ramp and the like zinn. There is concrete laid to make passable the steep driveway. A faltering relief is immediately picked up by an installer ....

Er waren een paar mankementen aan de afvoerleidingen , verlichting was defect in de eetkamer, deurklink van de woonkamer viel er af de stroom viel uit wanneer we de in de sauna gingen.We hebben wel genoten van het weekend.

We hebben een prima weekend gehad. Alleen heeft de woning wel wat onderhoud nodig. Bijna alle deurklinken zaten los waardoor je regelmatig een knop in je hand had. De douches waren erg matig. Ded handdouche zat los en viel eraf of zat vast met tape. Het meest vervelend was dat er op 1 slaapkamer een...

De matrassen van de bedden waren niet al te best en de oprit naar het huis liet te wensen over zéér moeilijk met de steentjes en de putten die er waren.
