The house appears bright and well maintained and above all cozy. Through the large windows you can enjoy the view of the water from the kitchen and the dining area. The kitchen-living room is spacious and a natural center of the house. The wooden terrace leads around the whole house and offers you several garden furniture. Here you can enjoy the view all day long. On the east side there is a large parasol and on the west side an electric awning. The terraces thus offer plenty of space for sunbathing, games, barbecues and cozy get-togethers. The child-friendly beach and Hejlsminde Havn are not far away. Please note that about 10 steps lead up to the house. No rental to youth groups.
